TerraBella Village

New urbanism and a return to the traditional neighborhood are the motivation behind architect Steve Oubre’s village plan for TerraBella. Oubre’s vision is an answer to the promise of the Northshore, a safer and easier way of living. Committed to minimal environmental impact, approximately 200 acres of TerraBella’s land has been dedicated to pristine wetlands. Within this nature preserve, residents will hike among the trees, fish in the lake, and canoe down the river. Designed for walking, all daily needs are located within a 5 minute stroll from any point in the village, significantly reducing the inefficiencies of cars and traffic. ✦
