In 1967, the National Football League’s New Orleans’ franchise officially debuted as the Saints. The same year, Norman Foxworth started his company, Dependable Glass Works in downtown Covington. Only one of these Louisiana establishments requires faith, because with a name like “Dependable,” Foxworth and his staff are guaranteeing satisfaction. “1967 seems like yesterday in some ways,” Foxworth says, “but we’ve come light years since then with advances in glass product capabilities and design.”
