To Boil Ham

1 large bone-in ham1 32-oz. bottle of orange juice2 8-oz. cans of pineapple juice2 apples cut in half2 pears cut in half2 oranges cut in half2 lemons cut in half2 limes cut in half1 Tbsp. nutmeg1 Tbsp. allspice1 tsp. whole cloves1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns1 box dark brown sugar

Fill a large pot with enough water to cover ham then add all ingredients. Let come to a boil; continue to boil for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Sugarcane Glaze

2 jars pineapple preserves2 Tbsp. cracked black pepper1 cup Steen’s cane syrup1 box brown sugar1 cup honey

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Once ham is boiled, heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake ham for one hour, glazing it every 15 minutes.
