Mandeville’s own Dr. Scott Oliphant has been in chiropractic practice since 2004. After completing a one-year internship under Dr. Fred Miller, he went into private practice. Being a graduate of Mandeville High School, Dr. Oliphant had always planned to return home to Mandeville. His love of the community and the presence of his family and friends made Mandeville an easy choice for Dr. Oliphant to establish his practice.

Dr. Oliphant studied nutrition at Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics. After graduation, he attended Life Chiropractic college in Marietta, Georgia and Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, and he continues to further his education by attending seminars throughout the year

His training in nutrition and his interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle allow Dr. Oliphant to incorporate various aspects of healing into his chiropractic practice. Overall healthy attitude and well being are the goals that he sets for all of his patients.

Dr. Oliphant lives in Mandeville and, as an avid runner, practices the healthy lifestyle he preaches. He is also a member of Northcross United Methodist Church.
